Hello, We are writing this update due to the increased volume of emails requesting a status update on their shipment. Our previous post outlined the delays that Canada Post is currently facing. Hello, We wanted to provide an update since we have been receiving a lot of emails in regards to the new legislation that passed in Nova Scotia. We wanted to confirm that we are still taking orders and shipping parcels to Nova Scotia. As an Ontarian company, the flavour ban and taxation does not affect us! As many people have noticed, Canada Post is currently experiencing delays in processing shipments. Here is an official statement we received from them: "Delivery is going well across the country as we ensure the safety of our employees and the communities they serve.We are experiencing some delays in some of our processing plants for parcels and we wanted you to be aware. Moncton, Montreal and Vancouver are currently experiencing up to 2 days delay. Toronto (Gateway) is currently experiencing up to 4 days delay. These are due to some temporary employee absences, higher volumes and our need to ensure that our employees...

We are happy to report we are now up to date with orders. This took a little longer than expected as we ran out of mailers and our shipment got delayed. We were able to source some mailers locally. While they aren't the best quality (Staples mailers...), they allowed us to get up to date and ship the orders out! Just a quick update to provide information on when packages will go out. We were able to get most of the weekend orders out, but some did not make it in time for the Canada Post pickup. If you find your tracking does not update after 5pm, do not worry! Since Canada Post did not pick it up, it will only update tomorrow! We apologize for this delay!
