Edit Feb 21: Everything has been resolved. A orders placed before 1h30PM EST should be shipped out today!   Due to unforseen conditions, we have been experiencing delays in order processing. Most orders from yesterday should be shipped out today, while today's orders should be shipped tomorrow. We apologise for this delay.
