Should an order be cancelled, we are only able to refund Credit Card orders. Orders made via Interac E-Transfer will be refunded via store credit!

* Log in to your online banking.
* Navigate to the 'transfer/payment' options in the menu, or select 'send an email money transfer'.
* Set up a recipient (this will stay set up once you complete this step for the first time). Specify the recipient's email address, and set up the security question and answer (our information is listed above).
* Type in amount to send (amount that will be invoiced to your email address as soon as you complete this order)
* If the AUTODEPOSIT option is presented, please use it instead of setting a question/answer combination! This will automatically transfer the funds and save some processing time!
Do not forget to add your INVxxxx order number in the comments!
Any unpaid order will be cancelled after 24hrs!
You may pay using your credit card via our secured gateway. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit. Please note that no credit card information is stored on our servers.
Please note that we use Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option on every single packages. There are no exceptions to this rule!
Should a package be returned due to failure to have a valid signature, it will NOT be refunded since all sales are final!
