We decided to dedicate a blog post to cover the order processing and shipping schedules for this holiday season.
Please be aware that delays are to be expected for ALL shipments! There is a very slim chance any order shipped from this day forward will arrive before 2021! More information on the Canada Post Delays can be found in our previous blog post HERE!
Our rep specifically instructed us that nothing can be done if a package is in transit and presents tracking updates. Please do not contact us regarding shipping delays unless your tracking number shows no movement for longer than 3 weeks!
While order processing will take place during the holiday season, no Canada Post and Canpar pickups will occur between the 24th and 28th of December. They will resume on the 29th.
No pickups will also take place from the Dec 31st to January 3rd 2021! They will resume on January 4th 2021 (Jan 2-3 is a weekend!).
If you receive an email stating your order has shipped between those dates, please note that it will NOT be picked up until shipping resumes. It is absolutely normal for the tracking number to be considered "invalid" until is is picked up.
We will be forwarding all email inquiries regarding shipping delays to this page to limit the amount of resources spent on answering emails.
