We have been closely monitoring the supply chain disruptions and inflation over the past 3 years.
We have always stocked large quantities of supplies to ensure we get the lowest price and reflect it on ours.
Since 2019:
- The price of PG has more than doubled
- The price of VG has almost doubled
- Bottle price has increased by 65%
- Nicotine has gone up 35% (more for Salts).
- Some flavouring manufacturers are keeping their prices intact while others have seen a 30% increase.
The impact these increases have is not negligible for us since our margins are much smaller than fully automated manufacturers (at the cost of customization).
We have been doing our best to offset these increases and take the hit, hoping the situation would be temporary.
Unfortunately, all indicators are showing that inflation is here to stay and that prices have not fully adjusted to it yet. We have spoken with our suppliers and can confidently say more price increases are on the way.
This forces us to rethink our value proposition!
As much as it pains us to do so, we will be increasing the price of the Bargain E-Juice Signature Line and some 60ml customs by 1$. We are also taking this opportunity to streamline our pricing strategy (some of our original premium customs 60mls are now actually cheaper). The increase has already been applied to all affected products.
This will give us more room to navigate through current and future price increases while remaining the most affordable ISO 7 Lab made E-Liquid option in Canada.
